1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pkr97 platform regardless of the device used to access it, including mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any future application format pkr97 may make available.

This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pkr97 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. If it is determined that a registered user is under 18 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.1 pkr97 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back, a selfie or short video selfie for liveness verification, and proof of your registered payment method (e.g. a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet showing your name and mobile number).
3.2 Withdrawals above certain threshold amounts will not be processed until KYC verification is completed and approved. pkr97 strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
3.3 pkr97 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where KYC documents cannot be verified, where documents appear fraudulent, or where the user declines to provide required documentation upon request.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on pkr97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr97 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr97 currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pkr97 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will endeavour to communicate such changes to users in advance where practicable.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed and credited to your pkr97 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take several hours. pkr97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pkr97 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money-laundering (AML) verification procedures prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval for KYC-verified accounts.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pkr97 account cashier section. These amounts may be updated from time to time.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider in bad faith — where the underlying transaction was genuine and authorised by you — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkr97 reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of funds in such cases.

5.3 pkr97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on pkr97 are supplied by internationally licensed game providers. The rules of each game are set by the respective provider and are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules.
6.2 pkr97 accepts no liability for technical malfunctions during gameplay that are attributable to a user's internet connection, device, or browser. In the event of a confirmed platform-side technical error, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned at pkr97's discretion.
6.3 Sports betting odds offered through pkr97 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. For cricket, this includes PSL official results, ICC results for international matches, and PCB-recognised domestic results.
6.4 pkr97 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including obvious pricing errors — or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the outcome of an event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr97 platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended, balances forfeited (where legally permissible), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10.2 pkr97 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in periods of downtime. pkr97 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
10.3 pkr97 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account sharing, using unsecured devices or networks, or failing to log out after a session.
11.1 pkr97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with pkr97, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
11.2 pkr97 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.
12.1 pkr97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a material change is made, pkr97 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on their account.
12.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pkr97 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr97 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr97's internal complaints process will be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.
